Here I was trying to take a picture of a flower that was taller than me.
It doesn't work.
This is a monstera. It is a real nuisance here in Hawaii. In other parts of the world it's kept as a house plant, but here in Hawaii it grows to monsterous proportions. It wraps itself around trees and kills them. It is a bad, bad plant. The problem is, I like them. I think they look really cool and jungly.
This is one of the leaves close up:
Although it's hard to tell with no size reference, these leaves are huge. This one is probably 3 feet long. Again, a real nuisance plant but very cool.
Finally, we have some red berries. Don't know what the plant is but the red was nice in the green of the rain forest.
